This New Milford Inn features a comfortable common space in the living room and dining area and 20 guest rooms on two floors, each with its own bath. We boast a total of 8 deluxe rooms; 6 with King sized beds and a sitting area and 2 Queen Deluxe Rooms that includes a Queen sized bed. Each one of our guest rooms is unique in size and floor plan. The bedroom areas are generous in size and include wall mounted flat screen televisions, executive work space, complimentary wireless internet access, spacious closets, irons and ironing boards and hairdryers…just to name a few.

Reservations & Cancellations
- Guests are welcome to check in after 3pm. Please advise us if you will arrive later than 9pm.
- Check out time is 11am.
- Reservations can be secured by telephone on MasterCard, Visa, and American Express.
- Because of our small size, cancellations affect us significantly. A last minute cancellation gives us little chance of filling your room. For this reason we uphold a strict cancellation policy: There is no penalty for canceling a stay up to 7 days of your arrival. Rooms cancelled within 7 days of arrival will be charged for one night's stay plus applicable taxes.
- Seven (7) days prior to your arrival we will charge your card for one night’s room and tax. This charge will be non-refundable.
- *Some weekends or Peak times require a two night minimum stay. You will be informed at the time you make your reservation if you are booking over one of these peak times.
- Rates are based on double occupancy and include lodging and a Deluxe Continental Breakfast.
- Your final bill will include a 8.65% Connecticut hospitality room tax and 6.35% CT State Sales Tax.
