Built in 1870 and transformed into a beautiful Bed and Breakfast in 1988, the Heritage Inn was selected for inclusion in the National Register of Historic Places in 1988 right after its opening. High ceilings and exposed beams from the original structure have been preserved as well as vestiges of the original tobacco elevator.
The hotel closed for a few years and was recently renovated and reopened its doors much to the delight of the town of New Milford. Step back in time and enjoy the splendor of yesteryear.
Located in shining New Milford CT, the restored 100 year old tobacco warehouse has 20 spacious guestrooms with a Deluxe Continential Breakfast included each morning. Within walking distance to quaint shops, restaurants, cafes, spas and New Milford's famous town green.
